Personal Interests: Being a working Mom, my personal interests are consumed with activities that my children are involved and enjoy, such as football games and track meets. I am also a lover of music. I have led the children’s choir programs in my church for 20 years.

International Travel Experience: I have traveled to Europe twice. My most recent trip was with my family. We traveled to London, Paris and Marbella. We did all of the traditional museums and sites, but Euro Disney also made the list. My husband surprised me with a Rick Springfield fan cruise on my 40th birthday, and we traveled to Cozumel with several celebrities from the ‘80s. That was a great time. One of my family’s favorite places to visit is Aruba. The people, atmosphere and weather are wonderful.

Noteworthy Travel Experiences within the U.S.: I have traveled to several larger cities: New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, Dallas, Baltimore and St. Louis. Large cities are fun to visit, but I would never choose to live there. One of the most surprising to me was how much I enjoyed San Francisco. It’s one of my favorite cities. I

would definitely go back. We often travel as a family to Hilton Head Island, SC or Sugar Mountain, NC. One of our best U.S. trips was Dallas. We surprised the children with a trip for Christmas. We managed to keep it a secret for six months. Lydia had a day of shopping and Evan got to see the Cowboys play. They each enjoyed their day in the long weekend. The latest trip was Hawaii. We visited three islands and enjoyed experiencing the differences of them, but Kauai was definitely my favorite. The best trips are with those you love.
